Day 1 ~ Morning

Day one of London's personal trainer Dax Moy's 30lbs in 30 days program; I'm still trying to decide the best way to post here. I figure for now I'll just post morning, noon, and evening after food/workout.

Got my measurements and pics today; here we go (hide):
Height: Approx 5 feet 9.5 inches
Weight: 188 lbs
Chest: 43 inches/109 cm
Waist: 29 inches/99 cm
Hips: 46.5 inches/118 cm
Thighs: R 28.5 inches/72 cm L 28 inches/71 cm
Calves: R 15.75 inches/40 cm L 15.75 inches/40 cm
Arms: R 13 inches/33 cm L 13.5 inches/34 cm

Breakfast this morning was a banana, eggs with veggies (mushrooms, onions, red and green peppers) and water.

I suppose thats it for now; now I need for my body to not be jelly, lol, cause I"m still a mom and still have "housewifery duties" lol
